Sydney & Josh

Spring Sunshine has become such an inspiration to me........ I find my self wanting to capture relaxed shots and colorful sunlight. I took an old quilt from the studio and laid it in the grass next to my old barn. Josh and Sydney where so relaxed and let me capture some really neat shots.

Mommies and Babies

Today was a busy day....It's been a while since I've Blogged about Newborns. I had a full schedule of Newborns and thought I'd share my favorite shots of this 6 day old little boy who was awake the whole time, which is uncommon but so fun to see his eyes open.

Racki Family All Together At Last

I received a call from my mother who wanted to purchase a gift certificate for a dear freind Kathy Racki who was blessed to have all their three girls home along with their spouse's and first grandchild. I was so happy to help, and the next day I was over to their house to create a fun family portrait that would be perfect for them. Even though they had a days notice on what to wear, and Sunday being the only day they would all be together for a while they were great. So they dug threw their suit cases and came up with something that matched would match their spouse. Lucky they did because it was never planed. This is in so many ways is why I love Photography and started my business, bringing family together to capture time to share for ever!! Listening to them chat about the past as if they were there at that moment again!! Stories about how they used to have to get up in the wee hours of the morning to chop wood on Saturdays. There faces all glowing with memories bouncing in their heads! It was so inspirational.

Clatt Girl's

Wednesday morning was filled with laughter in my studio. The girls were to much fun, they had cute umbrellas which made for a fun shot!!

Thanks girls I had a blast!!

Emily and Tony's Wedding

Wedding's are a emotional event for every one and with the brides father passing the year before it made for a tear jerking experience for me. I was called a week before their wedding to photograph the wedding due to the original photographer canceling. I was excited to be apart of the day and even with the rain it was a great day to be blessed with so many wonderful people. The bride enjoyed her morning at the mall getting her hair done along side her bridesmaids and then they were off to the church. The brides bouquet was embellished with a ribbon that held a charm that was a tiny frame which then held a photo of the brides father holding her when she was a baby. The wedding party was a blast to photograph and the groom was a trooper!!

Capturing My Bellie

My Belly isn't always something I wanna show off. The thought of not having that memory of an over bulging belly gave me the courage to snap some shots of my belly.
One day I'll look back, be grateful that I preserved my belly in time....that the over grown part of me was once beautiful, not a over Bering thing.
Capturing the beauty of your belly is breathless, time after time mothers have traveled the path of motherhood. Now were enjoying the precious parts of pregnancy, letting it all out and showing off that bump.

Monica's Belly

The sunny spots turned into shade among the trees of Eau Claire WI, at the Rod and Gun Park. I sat and listened to the kids playing at the park, I wasn't the only photographer who was taking advantage of the Summer shadows and graceful backgrounds the park had to offer. Couples who were enjoying their engagement session and a senior who was posing for a photographer and then there was me.
Although I was going to be doing a different abstract of photography, I still sat and enjoyed the lesions that each photographer had to give even though they didn't know.
Monica arrived with her sister and little boy who was so eager to show me what he had learned in Karate just moments ago.
Setting up my camera then posing Monica, I enjoyed how she sparkled and glowed. Pregnancy is so magical and inspires me to capture its essence.
Monica's sister sat behind me, watching me as I posed Monica and every time you could hear Monica's sister become so over whelmed with joy and come to a conclusion that Monica was apart of a life's adventure...............Pregnancy.
